Ｐ８９０７是白银市农科所１９８９年以（８５云４６５×永麦２号）Ｆ１为母本、以（８５云４６５×Ｄ８２６１）Ｆ１为父本进行复合杂交，经过１０ａ系谱选育而成。该品系中早熟，生育期９４～１０１ｄ，株高６５～８８ｃｍ，矮秆抗倒，株型紧凑，分蘖力强，白穗长芒，穗大粒多，落黄好，籽粒饱满，千粒重４３．２～４９．６ｇ，容重７４０ｇ／Ｌ，籽粒卵圆形，半角质，含蛋白质１３．３９％、淀粉６８．５７％、赖氨酸０．４３％、灰分１．８６％。成株期对条锈病免疫。在１９９６～１９９７年１０个点次的区试中，平均产量６２５３．５ｋｇ／ｈｍ２，较主对照宁春１３增产５．７％。
