采用T-jum p/FT IR对高氯酸碳酰肼合铅(PbCP)的高温快速热分解反应动力学进行研究,在300~340℃温度范围、0.1M Pa的氩气气氛下,由反应过程中铂丝的控制电压变化曲线得出剧烈放热峰的诱导出现时间tx,进而利用tx值计算出目标化合物的快速热分解动力学参数:Ea=70.68 kJ.m o-l 1,lnA=16.30。研究发现所求得的活化能大大低于采用K iss inger和O zaw a-D oy le法所得的结果,这一现象与其他含能材料的热分解具有很强的一致性。还通过4种主要气体产物在特定吸收剂中的吸收求出了其动力学参数。
The kinetics of pyrolysis reaction of perchlorate perchlorate (PbCP) with high temperature was studied by T-jum p / FT IR. The reaction was carried out at 300 ~ 340 ℃ under argon atmosphere of 0.1M Pa, The control voltage curve of platinum wire in the process is used to obtain the induction time tx of the intense exothermic peak, and then the fast thermal decomposition kinetic parameters of the target compound are calculated by using the value of tx: Ea = 70.68 kJ.mol 1, lnA = 16.30. It has been found that the calculated activation energy is much lower than that obtained by Kiss inger and Ozawa a-D oy le, which is in good agreement with the thermal decomposition of other energetic materials. The kinetic parameters were also obtained from the absorption of the four main gas products in a specific absorber.
