世界上的媒介制度,特别是广播电视制度主要有公共体制、商业体制、国有体制、混合型媒体制度。所有制的不同,其实就是产权的不同。所以说,目前世界三种不同形式的新闻传播体制也就是三种不同的新闻产权。
The media system in the world, especially the radio and television system, mainly includes the public system, the commercial system, the state-owned system and the mixed media system. The difference of ownership is actually the difference of property rights. So, at present, the three different forms of news distribution system in the world are also three different types of news property rights.
