1999 年12 月22～24 日,国家计委会同国家电力公司在济南召开了全国第三次农村电网建设与 改造工作会议。这次会议的中心任务是贯彻中央经济工作会议精神,检查农网建设与改造计划执行和城乡用电同价工作进展情况,总结经验,分析问题,研究提出改进措施,并对2000 年工作进行了部署。 国家计委曾培炎主任、张国宝副主任,国家电力公司陆延昌副总经理等领导出席会议并讲话;国家计委价格司毕井泉司长就同价问题发言;山东、河南、陕西、广东、广西、江苏等6 个省(区)作经验交流。本期特作《专题报道》
December 1999 December 22 ~ 24, the State Planning Commission and the State Power Company held in Jinan, the country’s third rural power grid construction and transformation work conference.
