钾钠的测定其早期使用的是醋酸铀锌和亚硝酸钴沉淀后比色的方法,后来发展到采用火焰光度法以及离子选择电极(JSE)法。比色法耗时费力,而发射火焰光度法不仅省时省力且可达到高检测率和大工作量的要求,因而成为在应用ISE法之前一般常规实验室所采用的测定钾钠的主要方法。但由于各实验室之间条件上的差异及人为操作控制上的不一,造成采用同一方法而各室测出的数据却不一致的现象。尤其是应用ISE对
Potassium sodium was first determined by the method of colorimetric precipitation of uranyl acetate and cobaltous nitrate followed by flame photometry and ion-selective electrode (JSE) methods. Colorimetric time-consuming, and emission flame photometric method not only saves time and effort and can achieve high detection rate and large workload requirements, and therefore become the routine method used in the conventional laboratory determination of sodium and potassium before the application of ISE method.
