１１名重症复发性结肠癌患者，病变累及邻近器官，其中１０名作探查性剖腹术，术中放疗（ＩＯＲＴ）及体外照射放疗（ＥＢＲＴ），５例未发现转移者当即作癌肿切除术。４例做了完全性切除术，ＩＯＲＴ剂量范围在１３～２０Ｇｙ视残余肿瘤块大小而定，ＥＢＲＴ按术后标准剂量给
Eleven patients with severe recurrent colon cancer had lesions involving adjacent organs. Among them, 10 patients underwent exploratory laparotomy, intraoperative radiotherapy (IORT) and external beam radiotherapy (EBRT), and 5 patients who did not find metastasis were immediately treated for cancer resection. Complete resection was performed in 4 patients. The IORT dose ranged from 13 to 20 Gy depending on the size of the residual tumor mass. EBRT was given at the standard dose after surgery.
