以武广客运专线CFG桩施工实践中大量实例为依据,分析铁路路基CFG桩施工要求和施工环境与房建基础施工的不同,从长螺旋钻机平稳行走、快速移位、钻孔、提钻、混凝土泵送等方面入手,探讨了设备的参数选型改进措施;分析堵管导致影响施工效率的原因;分析、总结出的一些经验和认识,提出了持续改进工艺、加强技术施工组织管理的对策。分析表明,铁路建设期待出现适于长线路施工、体积轻巧的铁路专用长螺旋钻机。
Based on a large number of examples of CFG pile construction practice in Wuhan-Guangzhou Passenger Dedicated Railway Line, this paper analyzes the construction requirements of CFG pile subgrade and the different construction environment and construction foundation. From the long-distance screwdriver smooth walking, rapid displacement, drilling, Concrete pump and so on, discusses the improvement measures of parameter selection of equipment, analyzes the reason that the blockage tube leads to the construction efficiency, analyzes and summarizes some experiences and understandings, puts forward the countermeasures of continuously improving the technology and strengthening the management of technology construction organization . The analysis shows that the railway construction looks forward to a special long auger rig suitable for long-line construction and light weight.
