从1992年8月～1995年12月应用WOLF输尿管硬镜治疗输尿管结石126例，取石成功率为90％。作者认为该手术具有创伤小、疗效满意和病人恢复快等优点；如果配合体外震波碎石技术及其它腔内技术，可使大多数患者免于开放手术之痛苦。并对本组取石成功和失败原因作了进一步讨论。
From August 1992 to December 1995 application of WOLF ureteral calculi in the treatment of 126 cases of ureteral calculi, stone success rate was 90%. The authors believe that the surgery has the advantages of small trauma, satisfactory efficacy and rapid patient recovery; if combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and other endoluminal techniques, most patients are free from the pain of open surgery. And further discussion on the success and failure of the stone in this group was discussed.
