非物质文化遗产清单是《保护非物质文化遗产公约》 ( 下称《公约》) 框架下保护工作的重要组成部分。长期以来,甚至在《公约》通过前, ( 各国)基于各自不同的情况就已经着手制定这种或那种形式的非物质文化遗产清单。《公约》框架下的清单制定工作有别于以往的清单制定工作,主要体现在对非遗保护工作的重视并强调社区在清单制定和管理工作的认可与参与。 The list of intangible cultural heritage is an important part of the protection under the framework of the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage (hereinafter referred to as “the Convention”). For a long time, even before the Convention was adopted, all countries (nations) started to work on a list of these and other forms of intangible cultural heritage based on their respective circumstances. The development of inventories under the framework of the Convention is different from the previous development of inventories, which is mainly reflected in the emphasis on non-heritage protection and the community’s recognition and participation in the development and management of inventories.
