目的观察纳米银抗菌敷料与重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rb-bFGF)联合应用于小儿深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的疗效。方法选取烧伤患儿45例,按照随机原则分为3组,A组(纳米银抗菌敷料组),B组(rbbFGF组),C组(纳米银抗菌敷料+rb-bFGF联合用药组),每组各15例。观测3组患儿创面的愈合时间、不同时间点创面愈合率、第7天创面细菌检出情况。结果 1C组患儿烧伤创面愈合时间分别少于A组及B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2C组创面愈合率分别高于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3C组比B组创面细菌检出率低,而A组和C组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在小儿深Ⅱ度烧伤创面上联合应用纳米银抗菌敷料及rb-bFGF凝胶,创面愈合时间缩短,创面愈合率提高。联合应用对小儿深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的治疗应用中具有临床可行性及安全性。
Objective To observe the curative effect of nano-silver antibacterial dressing combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor (rb-bFGF) on pediatric deep second degree burn wounds. Methods Forty-five children with burn were selected and randomly divided into three groups: group A (silver nanoparticles antimicrobial dressing group), group B (rbbFGF group) and group C (silver nano antibacterial dressing + rb-bFGF combination group) Group of 15 cases. The wound healing time, wound healing rate at different time points and wound bacterial detection on the 7th day were observed in 3 groups of children. Results The burn wound healing time in group 1C was less than that in group A and group B, respectively (P <0.05). The wound healing rate in group 2C was higher than that in group A and group B, respectively (P <0.05). The detection rate of bacteria in group B was lower than that in group B, but there was no significant difference between group A and C (P> 0.05). Conclusion Combined use of nano-silver anti-bacterial dressing and rb-bFGF gel on pediatric deep second-degree burn wounds can shorten the wound healing time and improve the wound healing rate. Combined application of pediatric deep second degree burn wounds in the treatment of clinical feasibility and safety.
