本文针对四川和西北水电站群的特点,运用系统工程的原理,采用新的运行方式,将四川西北水电站群跨流域补偿调节与满足各水电站的综合利用要求、电力系统的电力电量平衡和联网工程输电容量的限制结合起来,从而扩大了联网补偿的作用,提高了水电站群的保证出力1040MW,把联网前四川水电4000GWh的弃水电能转变成可用电量, 1000MW的重复容量转变为必需容量,充分发挥了两网水电的优势,大幅度提高了水电站群和联网工程的经济效益,达到了“扬长避短”的目的。
