本文对氯化钡的致畸性和致突变性进行了探讨。氯化钡具有降低孕鼠母体体重、增加死胎、吸收胎数和影响活胎的正常发育水平,但未表现出致畸作用。Ames试验、微核试验和染色体畸变分析均为阴性结果。显性致死性试验的高剂量组(36.8mg/kg)有一周次的受孕率与阴性对照组比显著降低(P<0.05)。结果提示,氯化钡可能主要具有一般毒性和胚胎毒性作用,没有致畸性,但是否具有致突变作用有待进一步研究证明。
In this paper, the teratogenicity and mutagenicity of barium chloride were discussed. Barium chloride can reduce the body weight of pregnant rats, increase stillbirths, absorb fetal numbers and affect the normal development of live births, but do not show teratogenic effects. Ames test, micronucleus test and chromosome aberration analysis were negative results. The rate of conception in the high dose group (36.8 mg / kg) with dominant lethality test was significantly lower than that in the negative control group (P <0.05). The results suggest that barium chloride may have the general toxicity and embryotoxicity, no teratogenicity, but whether mutagenicity needs further study to prove.
