药用海洋生物——杂色蛤[VenrupisVarie gata(Sowerby)]的蛤壳有清热利湿、化痰软坚;肉有润五脏、止烦渴、开脾胃、软坚散肿等功效,杂色蛤组织提取液对肉瘤180抑制率很高,对艾瘤腹水型和肝癌实体型的抑制率也很高,可见杂色蛤具有很大的研究价值,我们将杂色蛤提取液对小鼠进行以下抗衰老实验研究,结果表明:与正常对照组相比,过氧化脂质有明显降低作用:雌性降低50.50％,雄性降低73.62％;超氧化物歧化酶活性也有明显提高:雌性提高21.29％,雄性提高
