目的:对从西藏地区新分离的环状病毒(Ti3010株)进行分类和鉴定。方法:从病毒感染的BHK13单层细胞中提取病毒基因组RNA,用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析RNA的耐RNA酶特性和基因组RNA特征。结果:RNA抵抗RNA酶消化,基因组RNA由10个片段组成,带形分布为3-3-2-2,相对分子质量范围在(0.72~3.18)×106,总相对分子质量为16.84×106。结论:结合该病毒的一些生物学性状,显示了西藏地区特殊生态环境下新分离病毒的独有特征,Ti3010可能是环状病毒属的一个新成员。
Objective: To classify and identify newly isolated circular virus (Ti3010) from Tibet. Methods: The viral genomic RNA was extracted from virus-infected BHK13 monolayer cells and analyzed for RNAi resistance and genomic RNA characteristics by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Results: The RNA was digested by RNase. The genomic RNA consisted of 10 fragments with a band distribution of 3-3-2-2 and a relative molecular mass range of (0.72 ~ 3.18) × 106. The total relative molecular mass was 16.84 × 106. Conclusion: Combining with some biological characters of the virus, it shows the unique characteristics of the newly isolated virus in the special ecological environment of Tibet. Ti3010 may be a new member of the genus.
