一、引言1.本标准只适用于额定压力为63公斤/厘米2的中压叶片油泵的出厂验收。至于新产品的试制鉴定及科研性试验不包括在本标准内。2.压力的测量一般采用普通压力表,其量程应为100公斤/厘米~2,精度等级宜用1.5级。压力表前不应附加阻尼,以能正确反应压力振摆值。3.流量的测量可用流量计或测量油箱,流量计的误差应在2.5%以内。用测量油箱测量时,可用容积法或重量法。4.测量油泵输入功率可采用“平衡电机”或其他测量扭矩的仪器,其误差在2.5%以内。
