一、引言1.本条件只适用于额定压力为25公斤/厘米2的低压齿轮油泵的产品出厂验收。至于新产品的试制鉴定及科研性试验不包括在本条件内。2.压力测量一般采用普通压力表,其量程应为40公斤/厘米2,精度等级宜用1.5级。压力表前不应附加阻尼,以能正确反应压力振摆值。3.流量的测量可用流量计或测量油箱,流量计的误差应在2.5%以内,用测量油箱测量时可用容积法或重量法。4.测量油泵输入功率可采用“平衡电机”或其他测量扭矩的仪器,其误差在2.5%以内。5.在额定压力下连续运转五分钟后再测定验收项目。
