自79年10月至80年5月,上海市有关单位对五项中药机具进行了技术鉴定。一79年10月,上海医药工业研究院和上海中药制药一厂召开刮板式薄膜蒸发器性能研究鉴定会。它适用于比重为1.05g/cm~3左右的浸膏(即水膏经过列管式薄膜蒸发器后的浸膏)浓缩到比重为1.25g/cm~3左右的稠膏。它比敞口浓缩锅或真空浓缩锅具有蒸发强度高等特点。但对该设备的结构应作进一步改进,以便于清洗。
From October of 1979 to May of 1980, relevant units in Shanghai conducted technical appraisal of five Chinese medicine tools. In October of 1979, the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Industry Research Institute and the Shanghai TCM Pharmaceutical Factory held a seminar on the performance evaluation of scraper type thin film evaporators. It is suitable for a thick paste with a specific gravity of 1.05 g/cm 3 or more (ie, a paste of a water paste after passing through a tube-type thin film evaporator) concentrated to a density of about 1.25 g/cm 3 . It is characterized by its higher evaporation intensity than the open-mouth pot or vacuum pot. However, the structure of the equipment should be further improved to facilitate cleaning.
