本文用外源性脾结节的观察方法评价胱胺与阿托品合用对全身丙线照射大鼠造血损伤的辐射保护作用。实验用两种性别、4~5周龄的大鼠。供髓鼠分为4组:第一组腹腔注射生理盐水2次,间隔20分钟,每次给溶液量0.4毫升/100克体重。第二组注射阿托品肌酐硫酸盐(2毫克/公斤)和生理盐水。第三组给生理盐水和胱胺盐酸盐(60毫克/公斤碱)。第四组给上述剂量阿托品和胱胺。两次注射间隔时间在实验组不变。
In this article, we used the observation method of exogenous splenic nodules to evaluate the radiation protection of cystamine combined with atropine on hematopoietic damage in rats irradiated by C-ray. Two sexes, 4 to 5 weeks old rats were used for the experiment. The donor mice were divided into 4 groups: the first group was intraperitoneally injected with saline for 2 times, and the interval was 20 minutes. Each time, the solution volume was 0.4 ml/100 g body weight. The second group was injected with atropine creatinine sulfate (2 mg/kg) and saline. The third group gave saline and cystamine hydrochloride (60 mg/kg base). The fourth group gave the above dose of atropine and cystamine. The interval between two injections did not change in the experimental group.
