员工心理辅导作为一种新型的员工心理健康管理方式已被电力企业普遍接受。较之于其他行业,电力企业的员工心理辅导工作开启早,形成了相对较完善的员工心理辅导机制。但是由于县供电企业受制于农电管理体制的束缚,长期处于自我发展的状态,科学的管理手段相对滞后,员工心理健康管理长期被忽略,员工心理辅导机制相对欠缺。随着农电管理体制的理顺,科学的管理手段迅速向县供电企业推广,县供电企业的现代化管理意识增强,管理手段趋于更科学,对于员工的心理健康管理越来越重视,员工心理辅导工作已进入县供电企业的日常管理中。分析县供电企业员工心理辅导工作的现状,可以更有效提升其员工心理健康管理水平。
