胃动素(motilin)是一种因能刺激胃体运动而得名的胃肠激素,它与胃肠动力学以及胃肠动力失常性疾病有密切关系。我们动态观察了饮水负荷刺激实验前后血清胃动素水平的变化,并同时将胃排空功能障碍患者与正常志愿者进行了比较,以探讨胃动素水平与胃排空功能之间的关系。
Motilin is a gonadal hormone named for its ability to stimulate gastric motility and is closely linked to gastrointestinal motility and gastrointestinal motility disorders. We dynamically observed changes in serum motilin levels before and after drinking load stimulation, and compared gastric emptying dysfunction patients with normal volunteers to investigate the relationship between motilin levels and gastric emptying function.
