台湾经济的高速增长除了特殊的历史原因外,台湾当局采取得当的财经政策是关键。进口替代政策阶段使工业生产在经济结构中的比重大大提高,与农业大体持平。出口扩张政策阶段使台湾完成了农业经济向工业经济的过渡。重化工业政策阶段使台湾确立了完整的经济体系。技术升级政策阶段使台湾的技术水准跃上了一个新的台阶。
Taiwan’s rapid economic growth Except for special historical reasons, the Taiwan authorities adopt the proper financial and economic policies is the key. The phase of import substitution policy greatly increased the share of industrial production in the economic structure and remained broadly in line with that of agriculture. The stage of export expansion policy has enabled Taiwan to complete the transition from an agricultural economy to an industrial economy. The heavy chemical industry policy stage has enabled Taiwan to establish a complete economic system. The technical upgrading policy phase has brought Taiwan’s technological standard to a new level.
