该文在分析了传统钻屑采集方法存在的问题后,对一种新的钻屑自动采集系统——ACS—200的结构、工作原理、井场演示情况及钻屑的实验室分析结果进行了系统介绍。指出读系统具连续采集钻屑的能力,所采出的钻屑有较高的深度分辩率,这些钻屑既适用于传统的井场分析项目,如钻屑的地球化学、古生物分析,也可在实验室定量分析其矿物成分,测量颗粒密度,在钻屑颗粒较大时,还可测定其孔隙度、渗透率和毛细压力。钻屑采集、分析技术的改进,可大大改善对地层的评价。
After analyzing the existing problems of traditional drill cuttings collection method, this paper carried out a study on the structure, working principle, wellsite demonstration and drill cuttings laboratory analysis of a new drill cuttings automatic acquisition system system introduction.
