用光弹实验应力分析方法,对设计弯制、铸造圈卡及“Ⅰ”型三种固位卡环臂的下颌单侧游离端义齿进行了垂直加载测试,观察了邻缺隙侧基牙根周应力情况。结果表明,在垂直负荷下,游离端义齿的固位或平衡卡环臂不影响近基牙受力的大小和方向;在近基牙受力方面,弯制卡环臂、铸造圈卡环臂及“Ⅰ”型卡环臂三者之间无明显差异;作用于可摘部分义齿的(牙合)力主要通过(牙合)支托传递至近基牙。
