新课程要求教师的教学要面对全体学生,承认个体之间的差异,因材施教,有的放矢。所以,课堂教学中,让每个学生鲜明的个性得到张扬,让每个学生都得到成功,允许学生选择学习方法,允许学生以不同的方法进行学习。那么,在具体的教学中该如何面向全体,分层施教呢?下面笔者从教学分层、目标分层、备课分层、练习分层等方面谈谈个人的几点想法。
