目的 :探索 PDI与癌细胞生物学特性之间的关系。方法 :应用不同侵袭力的大肠癌细胞系 CCL -2 2 9(高侵袭 )和 CX- 1(低侵袭 ) ,通过流式细胞术分析两者 PDI含量的差别 ,以及经全反式维甲酸 (RA)诱导后PDI的变化 ;间接免疫荧光法观察细胞中 PDI的表达情况。结果 :CX- 1中 PDI的含量高于 CCL - 2 2 9;随诱导天数的增加 ,同一细胞系中 PDI含量增加。结论 :PDI与癌细胞的侵袭力呈负相关关系 ;PDI与分化呈正相关关系。
Objective: To explore the relationship between PDI and biological characteristics of cancer cells. Methods: Different invasive colorectal cancer cell lines CCL-299% (high invasion) and CX-1 (low invasion) were used to analyze the difference in PDI content between the two by flow cytometry, and all trans-retinoic acid ( The change of PDI after induction by RA was observed; the expression of PDI in the cells was observed by indirect immunofluorescence. Results: The content of PDI in CX-1 was higher than that of CCL-2 2 9; with the increase of induction days, the PDI content in the same cell line increased. Conclusion: PDI is negatively correlated with the invasiveness of cancer cells; PDI is positively correlated with differentiation.
