社会工作者作为一支新生力量在“5·12汶川大地震”和“4·14玉树大地震”中加入抗震救灾工作,引起政府、学界和公众的注意。社工在灾害管理中扮演什么角色、承担什么任务、服务哪些群体、遇到哪些困难以及如何对社工进行相关教育培训以提升其在灾害管理中的表现,是一系列值得深思的问题。本文在综览国外相关研究文献的基础上,对上述问题进行梳理并提出建议,即注重服务对象、服务视角、服务方法的适切选择,澄清各阶段中的社工角色,提升社工专业装备,针对性地设计社工灾害教育培训课程的内容与时间。
As a new force, social workers joined the earthquake relief work in the May 12 Wenchuan Earthquake and the April 14 Yushu Earthquake, attracting the attention of the government, academia and the general public. What is the role of social workers in disaster management, what tasks they undertake, which groups they serve, what difficulties they encounter and how to educate their social workers so as to enhance their performance in disaster management are a series of issues worth pondering. On the basis of a review of relevant foreign research literature, the paper sorts out the above problems and puts forward some suggestions, that is, pay attention to the appropriate choice of service targets, service perspectives and service methods, clarify the role of social workers in all stages, and upgrade social professional equipment Sexually Designing Content and Time of Social Disaster Education and Training Course.
