由中国期刊协会科学技术期刊工作委员会与中国科学技术信息研究所万方数据网络中心联合举办的“全国数字化期刊与编辑现代化研讨会”于2000年7月12～15日在湖南长沙举行。中宣部、科技部和中国期刊协会的有关领导及来自全国各地的73位代表出席了会议。会上,中国期刊协会常务副会长张伯海和中国科技信息研究所总工陈通宝分别作了题为“期刊工作者要做网络时代的明白人”和“网络经济与数字化期刊”的专题报告。会议就数字化生存环境与编辑工作发展趋向;网上组稿、编辑、审读和出版过程;编辑人员的上网技能;数字化期刊出版规范与标准;数字化期刊功能与特点;网上期刊主页制作等进行了广泛深入地探讨。
The “National Symposium on Digitalization and Editorial Modernization” jointly organized by the Scientific and Technical Journal Working Committee of China Association of Periodicals and Wanfang Data Network Center of China Science and Technology Information Institute was held in Changsha, Hunan from July 12 to July 15, 2000. Relevant leaders of the Central Propaganda Department, Ministry of Science and Technology and China Association of Periodicals and 73 representatives from all over the country attended the meeting.
