目的了解南京市某区级综合性医院护士离职意愿现况,探讨影响护士离职意愿的因素。方法通过多次随机抽样法抽取该医院的121名护士作为研究对象,采用离职意愿量表(TIQ),结合自制的个人基本情况调查表进行问卷调查。结果护士离职意愿总分为(16.21±4.08)分,离职意愿维度平均得分从高到低依次为维度Ⅲ(5.89分)、维度Ⅰ(5.35分)、维度Ⅱ(4.97分),不同编制、不同护理岗位、不同工作年限和职称的护理人员离职意愿得分差异有统计学意义。工作年限6~9 a、中级职称的护士离职意愿较高。结论护士的离职意愿整体处于较高的水平。护理管理者和人力资源部门应注重缩小编制与非编制护士之间的各种差别,合理使用中级职称人员。
Objective To understand the current status of nurses' willingness to resign in a district-level general hospital in Nanjing and to explore the factors influencing their willingness to leave their job. Methods A total of 121 nurses in the hospital were selected by random sampling method. The questionnaire was conducted by using the turnover intention scale (TIQ) and self-made personal basic situation questionnaire. Results The total score of willingness to leave the job of nurses was (16.21 ± 4.08) points, and the average scores of resignation intention dimension were dimension Ⅲ (5.89), dimension Ⅰ (5.35) and dimension Ⅱ (4.97) Nursing staff positions, different working years and job title of nursing staff turnover intention differences were statistically significant. Working years 6 ~ 9 a, mid-level job nurses willingness to leave higher. Conclusion The nurses' willingness to resign as a whole is at a high level. Nursing managers and human resources departments should pay attention to narrowing the differences between the compilation and non-compilation of nurses, rational use of intermediate grade staff.
