The impact of cleft lip and palate on the development of maxillofacial region is rarely reported. This article investigates the effect of postoperative unilateral complete cleft lip and palate on maxillofacial development during permanent occlusion. Materials and methods Tracing 21 patients were observed, aged 14 to 18 years old, the implementation of cleft lip repair more than 3 months to 3 years old. Use sodium alginate impression material to take the impression of the lower jaw and pour the plaster mold
