我们曾初步报道五加科鹅掌柴属植物七叶莲注射剂对胃、肠及胆道病有明显止痛效果,并经实验证明,它除有止痛和镇静作用外,尚对豚鼠肠、胃平滑肌有解痉作用。其后,又对此药作进一步临床观察,总共观察了各种胃、肠及胆道病285例,319例次治疗的止痛效果,包括经临床、实验室和X-线检查,或外科手术探查确诊的各种胃病183例,肠道病62例,胆道病40例。男女各占半数左右。七叶莲注射剂为上海中药一厂提供,每支为2毫升,含生药10克。除开始治疗的
