目的探讨影响中国汉族女生月经初潮年龄的相关因素,为开展学生体质健康工作提供依据。方法收集2005年全国30个省的人均GDP值,各省所在的经度、纬度、海拔以及同年份各省城镇居民人均年收入作为自变量,以2005年各省的汉族女生月经初潮平均年龄作为应变量,进行多重线性回归分析。结果 2005年各省的人均GDP值、城镇居民人均年收入和各省的纬度与月经初潮年龄有相关性,而经度和海拔与月经初潮年龄无相关性。结论地理和经济因素可能会影响女孩月经初潮年龄。
Objective To explore the related factors that influence the age of menarche in Chinese Han girls and provide the basis for their physical health work. Methods The per capita GDP of 30 provinces in 2005 was collected. The longitude, latitude and altitude of each province and annual per capita income of urban residents in each province in the same year were collected as independent variables. Based on the average age of menarche of Han women in each province in 2005, Multiple linear regression analysis. Results In 2005, the per capita GDP of each province, the annual per capita income of urban residents and the latitude of each province were correlated with the age of menarche, while the longitude and altitude did not correlate with the age of menarche. Conclusion Geographical and economic factors may affect girls’ age at menarche.
