78MD2是北京市1978年多层通用住宅设计方案。采用内模外砌结构形式,即内墙为大模板现浇混凝土,外墙砌筑清水砖墙。 78MD2方案符合北京市一般职工住宅的标准。平均每户建筑面积53-54平米,平面系数53%左右。平面图所示为2-2-2户型单元平面,另有2-1-3户型单元平面和两种2-2-3尽端单元平面。运用这四种单元平面可组成长短不同、户型各异的组合体,以适应住宅区规划和不同户型的要求。
78MD2 is a 1978 multi-story general-purpose residential design project in Beijing. The form of the inner mold exterior bricklaying structure is adopted, ie, the inner wall is a large formwork cast-in-place concrete, and the outer wall is constructed with a clear water brick wall. The 78MD2 program complies with the standard of Beijing’s general staff housing. The average building area per household is 53-54 square meters, and the plane factor is about 53%.
