黑龙江省图书馆学会计算机应用研讨会于1992年10月20至24日在哈尔滨市举行。来自全省各图书馆的50余位代表参加了研讨会,共交流论文24篇。会议期间,代表们考察了东北农学院、黑龙江大学、哈尔滨船舶工程学院和哈尔滨工业大学图书馆,哈尔滨市和黑龙江省图书馆,从他们计算机应用的经验中,受到启发,学到了很多东西。代表们认为,自1987年省图书情报系统计算机应用研讨会以来,我省图书馆的计算机应用有了飞跃的发展,配置计算机的馆由不足10个发展到30多个,硬件设备由几台低档微机发展为有小型机、微机多用户、微机局域网和微机单机等多种类型的计算机群体。应用范围遍及流通、编目、采访、检索、期刊管理、用户教育等领域。全省已形成一支初具规模的计算机应用技术队伍。我省图书馆由传统手工工作方式向现代化计算机工作方式的历史性转折业已开始。
Heilongjiang Provincial Library Society Computer Application Seminar was held in Harbin from October 20 to October 1992. More than 50 delegates from various libraries in the province attended the seminar and exchanged 24 articles. During the conference, delegates inspected Northeast Agricultural College, Heilongjiang University, Harbin Institute of Shipping Engineering and Harbin Institute of Technology Library, Harbin City and Heilongjiang Provincial Library. From the experience of their computer application, they learned a great deal. The deputies said that since 1987, the Provincial Library Information System Computer Application Seminar, the province’s library of computer applications have leaps and bounds, the configuration of the computer Museum from less than 10 to more than 30 hardware devices from a few low Microcomputer development for a small machine, computer multi-user, computer local area network and computer stand-alone and other types of computer groups. The range of applications throughout the circulation, cataloging, interviews, search, journal management, user education and other fields. The province has formed a beginning of the scale of computer application technology team. The historic turning point of the province’s library from the traditional manual work mode to the modern computer working mode has already begun.
