为了调动广大青年图书馆员参加学术研究活动的积极性,培养锻炼图书馆事业的后继力量,黑龙江省图书馆学会常务理事会决定召开首届青年图书馆员学术研讨会。并确定研讨会的主题为:2000年黑龙江省图书馆和图书馆事业,即事业发展的方针、政策、目标、馆舍、现代化、网络、藏书、人员与机构设置,以及个人与图书馆关系等。全省广大青年图书馆员根据这一主题积极深入实际调查研究,撰写了许多高质量的研究论文,在收到的70篇论文中有39篇被学术委员们推荐到大会交流。江江7月2日至4日首届青年图书馆员学
In order to arouse the enthusiasm of the majority of young librarians to participate in academic research activities and train the successors to exercise the library, the Standing Council of Heilongjiang Provincial Library Society decided to hold the first academic seminar for young librarians. The topics of the seminar are: Heilongjiang Provincial Library and Librarianship in 2000, that is, the guidelines, policies, goals, premises, modernization, network, collection of books, establishment of personnel and institutions, and the relationship between individuals and libraries .
