用辣根过氧化物酶标记McAbF(ab')_2、McAbLV48A、McAb3D_8和McAbA_(35),分别对27例EHF患者尿液中融合细胞(FC)进行免疫酶染色。结果McAbF(ab')_2检出率为27/27(100%);McAbLV48A为19/27(70.37%);McAb3D_8为20/27(74.07%);McAbA_(35)为2/27(7.41%)。人胚肾细胞感染EHF病毒后,在偏酸性(pH6.0)条件下可以产生特异性细胞融合现象,并经电镜证实了细胞之间膜的融合。此结果表明EHF病毒可以导致人肾细胞融合,EHF患者尿液中FC的形成可能与EHF病毒膜蛋白在宿主细胞膜上的表达有关。
The horseradish peroxidase-labeled McAbF (ab ’) _2, McAbLV48A, McAb3D_8 and McAbA_ (35) were used to detect the immunofluorescence staining of fusion cells (FC) in 27 EHF patients. Results The detection rate of McAb F (ab ’) 2 was 27/27 (100%), McAbLV48A was 19/27 (70.37%), McAb3D_8 was 20/27 (74.07%), McAbA 35 was 2 / 27 (7.41%). After human embryo kidney cells were infected with EHF virus, specific cell fusion could be produced under the condition of partial acidity (pH6.0), and the fusion of cells was confirmed by electron microscopy. This result indicates that EHF virus can cause human renal cell fusion, and the formation of FC in the urine of EHF patients may be related to the expression of EHF virus membrane protein on the host cell membrane.
