楔状缺损是因牙齿唇、颊侧牙颈部硬组织发生缓慢渐进性耗损所致的牙齿缺损.牙颈部为釉牙骨质交界处,结构薄弱,刷牙时又是摩擦最严重处,龈沟内酸性渗出物也最易侵蚀牙颈部,这是楔状缺损发生的主要原因.
Wedge-shaped defect is caused by the slow and gradual wear and tear of the hard tissue of the tooth lip and buccal side of the tooth neck. Cervix is the glazed cementum junction with weak structure and the most serious friction when brushing teeth. Internal acid exudate is also the most vulnerable to erosion of the cervical neck, which is the main reason for the occurrence of wedge-shaped defects.
