为适应改革开放和建立社会主义市场经济体制及我国加入世界贸易组织新形势的需要,加快政府职能转变,提高依法行政水平,作为国家宏观管理的重要职能部门——国家经贸委一直处于就入世相关工作和繁忙之中,在新年的第一个上班日,国家经贸委经济法规司张德霖司长在百忙中接受了本刊记者的专访,就我国入世后政府职能转变问题发表如下看法:
