农发行湖南省分行现有省、市、县三级立档机构115个。近年来,在总行办公室的指导和省分行党委的领导下,该行以农发行系统档案垂直管理为契机,抓住档案管理重点、薄弱点、疑难点,着力打牢信贷档案合规管理基础。一、从“三抓”入手,找准突破点一是抓组织领导。为加强档案工作的组织领导,省分行档案管理工作领导小组调整工作思路,明确细化工作职责,夯实强化专业考核,有效形成了梯度化至上而下、层层管理督导的档案垂直管理体系。
