天津市·南开区政协为离任老委员建“家”南开区政协自1991年成立“政协之友联谊会”以来,坚持“南开政协是永远的家”这一理念,努力为离任老委员搭建沟通联谊、学习座谈和议政建言平台。定期开展文艺、书法培训,丰富老委员晚年生活,陶冶高尚情操;组织老委员学习“两会”精神及市情、区情,更好地知情参政;经常召开恳谈会、座谈会,围绕教育、医疗等热点问题进行讨论,广泛收集社情民意。多年来,联谊会注重找准议政切入点,选好建言角度,充分发挥了离任老委员作用,为促进区域经济社会发展和南开和谐做出了贡献。
