患儿男,7岁。自1979年7月(当时3岁)到1983年9月四年内反复发生上消化道大出血(黑便)8次住儿科治疗。患儿自三岁左右开始常诉脐周及上腹部阵发性疼痛,痛无定时,偶有暖气,不吐酸水,平时食欲欠佳,不吐,大便次数不多,不稀、色黄偶黑,四年中多次发生大量柏油样大便,每次200～500毫升不等,并伴有严重贫血而住院。患儿生长发育较正常儿童落后。5岁时体重14.5kg,平时血红蛋白7～8g％。体检见形体消瘦,精神稍萎,重度贫血貌,全身皮肤
