目的:该实验研究黄柏和苍术的不同提取、配伍方法。方法:采用多组分加权分析法判断不同提取、配伍方法(即先配伍后提取的方法和先分别提取后合并的方法)的优劣。采用紫外分光光度法测定不同提取、配伍方法中黄柏的总生物碱的含量;采用HPLC法测定不同配伍方法中主要化学成分的含量。结果:黄柏和苍术采用先分提再合并的配伍方法较好,各评价指标均较高。结论:黄柏、苍术配伍建议采用先分别提取再合并的方法进行配伍。该方法可作为黄柏、苍术药对配伍研究的基础。
Objective: This experiment studied different extraction and compatibility methods of Phellodendron and Cangzhu. Methods: Multi-component weighted analysis was used to judge the advantages and disadvantages of different extraction and compatibility methods (that is, the method of first compatibility and the method of first combining and extracting). The content of total alkaloids of Phellodendri chinensis in different extraction and compatibility methods was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The content of main chemical components in different compatibility methods was determined by HPLC. Results: The compatibility of Cortex Phellodendri and Atractylodes using the first fractionation and reorganization was better, and all the evaluation indexes were higher. Conclusion: Cortex phellodendri, herb compatibility recommended first separately after the merger method. The method can be used as Cork, Atractylodes drug compatibility research foundation.
