目的 了解 AS病的 X线表现与病理、残疾程度间的关系及康复治疗。方法 以随机抽样的方式将1998年以来收住我院患有 AS病的疗养员 70例进行 X线检查、实验室检查及康复治疗的回顾性对照分析。结果 AS病的 X线表现有较明确的病理基础 ,不同程度的 X线表现可提示临床的残疾程度。结论 早期患者康复治疗疗效显著。
Objective To understand the relationship between X-ray findings of AS disease and pathology and degree of disability and rehabilitation. Methods A randomized sample of 70 convalescent patients with AS in our hospital since 1998 was retrospectively analyzed by X-ray examination, laboratory examination and rehabilitation. Results There was a clear pathological basis for X-ray findings of AS disease. Different degrees of X-ray findings could indicate clinical disability. Conclusion Early rehabilitation treatment of patients with significant effect.
