利用ETA/Dynaform软件对QT8812发动机油底壳进行了二次拉深成形的回弹模拟分析。分别选取切边前,切边后的浅盒部分,并采集选取这些部位有代表性的特征部位的数据进行了分析比较。结果表明,二次拉深成形切边以后回弹量很小,绝对尺寸没有超过允许的2 mm。
Rebound simulation analysis of QT8812 engine oil pan with secondary drawing by ETA / Dynaform software.
