由于城市化步伐的加快,历史街区遭受特色消失、同质化严重等问题;在针对其的旅游开发过程中也不免出现商业化运作、规划短视等问题。这些问题主要由于历史街区利益相关者利益不协调以及没有处理好保护和开发之间的关系造成的。因此,本文在综合现有的历史街区利益相关者理论和可持续发展理论的基础上,梳理历史街区不同利益相关者之间的关系,分析历史街区可持续发展过程中的现存问题,最后从不同利益相关者的角度出发提出历史街区可持续发展的策略。
Due to the accelerated pace of urbanization, historical neighborhoods suffer from the characteristics of disappearance, homogeneity and other issues; in the tourism development for its process also inevitably appear commercial operation, planning short-sighted and other issues. These problems are mainly caused by the uncoordinated interest of stakeholders in historic districts and the failure to deal with the relationship between protection and development. Therefore, on the basis of integrating existing stakeholder theory and sustainable development theory in historic district block, this paper sorts out the relationship among different stakeholders in historic district block and analyzes the existing problems in the sustainable development of historic block district. Finally, Stakeholders put forward the strategy of sustainable development of historic district.
