食管癌在我国的发病率较高,而河南省林县是我国也是世界上食管癌的高发区。这一方面反映了我国部分地区人口的生产质量较差,但相反也为我国对食管瘤的研究提供了便利的条件。我们通过对该地区的人群长达二十多年艰苦的研究,获得了系统的、完整的人群资料。从人群代谢流行病学与分子流行病学,论证了亚硝胺与人食管癌发生发展的关系、并证实了维生素C、E与锌能阻断人体亚硝胺的合成,为预防食管癌提供了预防措施与科学基础,为研究亚硝胺与人类肿瘤的关系提供了重要资料,并推动了我国化学致的研究。
The incidence of esophageal cancer is high in China, and Linxian County in Henan Province is a high-risk area for esophageal cancer in China and the world. This aspect reflects the poor quality of production of population in some regions of our country, but on the contrary provides a convenient condition for the study of esophageal neoplasia in China. Through more than 20 years of arduous research on the population in the region, we have obtained systematic and complete population information. From population metabolism epidemiology and molecular epidemiology, we demonstrated the relationship between nitrosamines and the development of human esophageal cancer, and confirmed that vitamins C, E, and zinc can block the synthesis of nitrosamines in humans and provide prevention for esophageal cancer. The preventive measures and scientific basis have provided important data for the study of the relationship between nitrosamines and human tumors, and have promoted China’s chemical induced research.
