样品采用乙腈提取,使用安捷伦毛细管色谱柱分离,氮吹水浴浓缩温度为45℃,利用气相色谱法对豆类蔬菜14种有机磷农药残留进行检测。结果表明,14种农药线性良好的范围为0.01~1.00μg/m L,其相关系数为0.997 8~0.998 8,分离时间为22 min。14种有机磷农药回收率范78.00%~100.00%,相对偏差均要低于8.00%,该方法在豆类蔬菜14种有机磷农药残留中具有极高检测价值。
The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and separated on an Agilent capillary column. The concentration of nitrogen in the water was 45 ℃, and 14 organophosphorus pesticide residues in legumes and vegetables were detected by gas chromatography. The results showed that the linear range of the 14 pesticides was 0.01-1.00 μg / mL, the correlation coefficient was 0.997 8-0.998 8, and the separation time was 22 min. The recoveries of 14 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides ranged from 78.00% to 100.00% with the relative deviation of less than 8.00%. This method has extremely high detection value in 14 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide residues in legumes and vegetables.
