双频激光干涉仪是当今世界上工程测量精度最高的仪器,可以测量长度、角度、平面度、直线度、振动振幅和振动频率等。我校曾研制了三个型号,信号处理都用硬件实现。由于逻辑复杂,所用元件多,所以可靠性较差,维修也不方便。为了改善产品性能,我们用北京计算机三厂生产的BCM-68K单板机对测长信号进行处理,实验表明:功能提高,调试简单,维修方便。
Dual-frequency laser interferometer is the most accurate instrument in engineering survey in the world today. It can measure length, angle, flatness, straightness, vibration amplitude and vibration frequency. My school has developed three models, signal processing are implemented in hardware. Due to the complexity of the logic and the many components used, the reliability is poor and maintenance is inconvenient. In order to improve the performance of the product, we use the BCM-68K single-board computer manufactured by Beijing Computer Factory to process the length measuring signal. The experiment shows that the function is improved, the debugging is simple, and the maintenance is convenient.
