目的:建立全蝎、蜈蚣、土鳖虫、僵蚕等4种药材中总磷脂含量测定方法。方法:采用Folch试剂超声提取,钼蓝试剂显色,分光光度法测定10个不同地区的全蝎等4种药材中总磷脂的含量。结果:样品中总磷脂含量以磷计的回归方程Y=0.0238X-0.01(r=0.9994),线性范围在2.38~7.14μg,RSD=0.53%,平均回收率为99.9(%n=5)。结论:采用钼蓝比色法测定全蝎等4种药材中10个不同地区商品中总磷脂含量,方法简便,方法学结果理想,可作为该4种药材质量控制的方法。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of total phospholipids in four kinds of medicinal materials, Scorpio, centipede, Eupolyphaga, silkworm eggs. Methods: The content of total phospholipid in four kinds of herbs such as Scorpio in 10 different regions was determined by Folch reagent ultrasonic extraction and molybdenum blue reagent colorimetry. Results: The regression equation of total phospholipid content in the sample was Y = 0.0238X-0.01 (r = 0.9994). The linear range was 2.38 ~ 7.14μg with RSD = 0.53%. The average recovery was 99.9% (n = 5). Conclusion: The determination of total phospholipid content in 10 different regions of 4 kinds of medicinal materials, such as Scorpio, by Molybdenum blue colorimetric method is simple and convenient, and the methodological result is satisfactory, which can be used as the quality control method for the four medicinal materials.
