目的比较烘干、晾干和甲醇新鲜提取对虎杖不同部位中白藜芦醇和虎杖苷量的影响。方法白藜芦醇和虎杖苷定量测定采用HPLC法,岛津LC-10AT高效液相色谱仪,shim-pack C18柱为色谱柱,甲醇-水溶液(40∶60)为流动相,柱温30℃,体积流量0.8 mL/min,检测波长304 nm。结果通过晾干和烘干处理后,虎杖根皮、叶、根髓部中的虎杖苷和白藜芦醇的量发生明显变化。结论该结果对于综合开发利用虎杖资源具有参考价值。
Objective To compare the effects of drying, air drying and fresh methanol extraction on resveratrol and polydatin in different parts of Polygonum cuspidatum. Methods Quantitative determination of resveratrol and polydatin using HPLC method, Shimadzu LC-10AT high performance liquid chromatography, shim-pack C18 column chromatography, methanol-water solution (40:60) as the mobile phase, column temperature 30 °C, Volumetric flow 0.8 mL/min, detection wavelength 304 nm. Results After drying and drying, the amounts of polydatin and resveratrol in root, leaf and root pith of Polygonum cuspidatum were significantly changed. Conclusion The results have reference value for the comprehensive development and utilization of Polygonum cuspidatum resources.
