卵巢癌在妇科恶性肿瘤中占第二位或第三位,死亡率超过宫颈癌与宫体癌之和,占妇科恶性肿瘤死亡原因的首位,所以如何提高治疗效果,是一个急待解决的课题、现将我院采取综合治疗120例卵巢癌的资料报道如下:材料与方法我院自1976～1981年采取综合治疗3年以上的120例卵巢癌,按国际妇产科联盟分期法进行临床分期:Ⅰ期24例,占20%,Ⅱ期16例,占13.33%,Ⅲ期68例,占56.66%,Ⅳ期12例,占10%。按国际卫生组织的分类法进行病理组织分
